1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any course through OpenTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Course Access and License
Upon successful payment you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time enrollees provided less than 30% of the course content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate personal information, including a valid email and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, workbooks, and branding remain the exclusive property of OpenTrack. No rights are transferred beyond the limited access license granted upon purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. OpenTrack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or course materials.
